Beet Chips

Prep Notes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Peel Beets and rinse


4 Large Beets

2 Tbsp. Za'atar

3 Tbsp. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

1 Tsp. Sea Salt

1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper


Slice beets as thin as possible (use mandoline slicer if you have one)

Place beets in large mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and za'atar

Stir well so that all beets are coated in the mix

Place Beets on a baking sheet and space each beet slice out so they are not on top of each other (use additional baking sheets as needed)

Place in oven for 25-35 minutes (until they start to get slightly crisp)  [Every oven is different so check chips every 15 minutes]
