Berrylicious Smoothie

Prep Notes

Rinse all produce


1/4 c Blackberries (frozen or fresh)

1/4 c Raspberries (frozen or fresh)

2 Tbsp Aloe Vera Juice

1 c Coconut Water

1/4 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Almond Butter

Cacao Nibs

*Use Organic when possible; Choose Raw Almond Butter if possible; Choose a Coconut Water without added sugar


Place Coconut Water into Blender

Add Fruit

Add Aloe Juice

Add Chia Seeds

Add 1 tsp Almond Butter

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Pour into a glass and top with Cacao Nibs
