Chocolate Cucumber Smoothie


1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

2 Tbsp. Coconut Yogurt

1/2 Unpeeled Cucumber

1 tsp. Raw Cashews

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 c Filtered Spring Water

1/2 Celery (I use my leftover frozen celery pulp; See "Juicing Pulp" Blog Post)

2 tsp. Raw Cacao Nibs

1 tsp. Raw Unsweetened Coconut Chips

2 tsp Cinnamon


Blend all ingredients in blender

(Keep out the cacao nibs and coconut chips)

Pour in cup and top with raw cacao nibs and coconut chips
