Eggs and Mushrooms

Prep Notes

Rinse Mushrooms

Rinse all Herbs


2 Eggs

1/2 c Mushrooms

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Hazelnuts

1 tsp Brazil Nuts

Hot Pepper Flakes to taste

2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley

1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds

1/2  Roasted Red Pepper (purchase at the store or roast in oven for 10 minutes on baking sheet)

2 Fresh Basil Leaves


Cook Eggs on low with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add a pinch of salt

Sauté Mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a pinch of salt and 1 Basil Leaf

In Food Processor add nuts, EVOO, Hot Pepper Flakes, Parsleys, 1 Basil Leaf, and Fennel Seeds, blend until smooth; use spatula to scoop out

Plate and Enjoy! 

*Use Organic and/or  Pasture Raised Eggs if possible, use Organic for ingredients; Select an Extra Virgin Olive Oil
