Honey Bee Smoothie


Ingredients

1 cup Frozen or Fresh Spinach

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 Fresh Blackberries

2 Large Fresh Strawberries

1 Ripe Avocado

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Hemp Seeds

1 Tbsp Raw Almond Butter

1 tsp Honey

1 Tbsp Bee Pollen

1 Tbsp Frozen Wild Blueberries

Ground cinnamon


Directions

Add 1/4 cup filtered H2O to blender

Rinse fresh leafy greens and fresh fruit

Peel and pit Avocado

Add to blender

Add frozen fruit, nut butter, honey, and seeds

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon

Blend on low for about 1 minute

Once the blender is stopped, stir contents and add a bit of filtered H2O if needed (depends on the desired consistency)

Pour in a glass or glass mason jar if there is extra smoothie, to save for later)

Top with Bee Pollen
