Wash Arugula or buy prewashed greens

Chop Kalamata Olives in half

Grate Pecorino Romano Cheese

2 Tbsp Pine Nuts

2 Tbsp Kalamata Olives

Pecorino Romano

Lemon


Directions

Plate Arugula

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and top on Arugula

Sprinkle Grated Cheese On top

Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice on top of Salad
