Raspberry Applesauce


5 Large Apples

1/2 c Raspberries

Filtered Water

Combine water, apple chunks, raspberries, and cinnamon into sauce pan. 

Cover with lid and cook on medium heat

Stir apples and raspberries every few minutes to help improve consistency

Cook for up to 20 minutes (stirring as needed; lower hear if necessary)

Once done cooking and water is absorbed, let applesauce cool for 5-10 minutes

If you would like to mash the apples more, I often use a potato masher to get the consistency I like

Add additional cinnamon as desired


(Be sure to refrigerate once cool)

*Use organic when possible
