Roasted Asparagus


2 Bunches Fresh Asparagus

1/4 cup Raw Slivered Almonds


1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary

Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Rinse Asparagus

In a large mixing bowl, combine EVOO, Fresh Rosemary, Salt, Pepper, and Asparagus.

Stir mixture.

Drizzle EVOO onto bottom of deep baking pan and place mixture in the pan.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Once cooked, take asparagus out and place in large mixing bowl, add slivered almonds and stir.

Add to serving dish.  Enjoy!
