Roasted Savory Brussel Sprouts


1-2 pounds of Fresh Brussel Sprouts

4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (from your local farm)

1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Flakes

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt


1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds

*Use Organic when possible


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Rinse and chop Brussel sprouts into halves

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients (with 3 Tbsp of EVOO)

Stir mixture

Place mixture into 1-2 deep baking pans and cover with foil

Roast for 25-35 minutes (stirring every 10-15 minutes)
