Zucchini Pasta

Prep Notes

Rinse all produce thoroughly


1/2 c Cherry Tomatoes

2 Zucchinis

2 c Baby Spinach

1 Garlic Clove

Sea Salt

Fresh Basil

1/4 Sweet Onion Chopped Fine


Spiralize Zucchini 

Chop Cherry Tomatoes in half

Combine Tomatoes, Onion, garlic, EVOO, basil, spinach, and salt into pan and sauté for 15 minutes on Medium low heat, while sautéing zucchini in another pan with EVOO, cook until slightly tender.

Plate zucchini and add Tomato mix

Top with Pepper and Fennel Seeds if desire
