Eating healthy is so much fun!  There are so many ways to utilize fresh ingredients to provide energy and nutrients to our bodies, but unfortunately sometimes we are not always aware of what is in our food.  It is so important to eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday and although not all of us want to buy organic produce, can afford to, or may not have access to it, it is important to select the healthiest option.

Unfortunately foods are often sprayed with dangerous chemicals that we end of ingesting (conventional foods).  So below is a list of some produce with the highest and least amount of pesticides (try to select organic when possible, especially for items listed on the Dirty Dozen list):
