Love Freely, Laugh Genuinely, Eat Colorfully



Thank you for being part of the Oh So Lia community.  I am so excited to share my passion for healthy living. It has been a journey getting to this point and I am so proud and happy that you have decided to join in and check out what's new and exciting!  I started this website to share my journey of becoming a happier healthier individual through my love of food.  I will share some amazing Vegan and Vegetarian recipes, food photos, and fun tips on how to feel your best.

I have always believed that FOOD is MEDICINE and that it can heal us from the inside out.  Once I became a Vegetarian I decided to slowly remove foods that I did not feel were beneficial to my health.  So, with my love of cooking and curiosity for finding ways to continually improve my health, I can often be found in the kitchen testing out new foods and recipes.  I have found through my own journey with food, that there is no "diet" that fits all.  Although I do believe one thing to hold true...that we all should include an array of fresh fruits and vegetables into every meal, daily!  There is an abundance of fresh beautiful food waiting to be scooped up and loved by us.  I believe eating fresh, colorful, unprocessed, REAL, whole foods, is a way of life.  There is no diet, it's a lifestyle. Eating healthy and colorfully makes us feel great from the inside out.  I focus on the nutrition that food provides, not calories; all calories are NOT created equal.

I look forward to sharing some of my favorite recipes and meal ideas with all of you, so that we can work together to make a change, by eating better to feel better.
